Return Process

  Secure the Media

  Carefully pack the items in their original mailer or a sturdy cardboard box with sufficient padding to prevent corner dings or surface scratches during transit.

  Ship It Back

  Affix the provided prepaid shipping label to your package and drop it off at any authorized carrier location, ensuring you keep your tracking receipt.

  Quality Inspection & Refund

  Once our team inspects the return to verify its condition, we will process your refund or store credit within 3-5 business days.
