It includes the songs and calls of the 52 species most representative of North West Africa, classed by family in systematic order. The area covered includes Tunisia, Algeria and Morocco as well as the northern part of Sahara. A fabulous concert, recorded in stereo at the extensive temporary lakes that develop once every ten years or so, to the south of Ouarzazate (Morocco) and used by many thousands of birds, is added at the start of the CD.
