On Claires debut album, The Great Escape, the Munich-based five-piece offer up a wide swath of reference points electro, indie, pop, even some R&B resulting in a Technicolor hybrid of wistful, electronic, synthpop that is uniquely Claires own. The bands EP Broken Promise Land came out in fall 2013 featuring Games, a buoyant anthem to loves labors which went on to be remixed by Passion Pit and the title Broken Promise Land which was featured in a global BMW campaign and was remixed by the godfather of synth-based music, Giorgio Moroder.
