Cheb Bilal, whose real name is Moufoud Bilal, is an Algerian singer of rai. He was born on July 23, 1966 in Cherchell, Algeria. He began his musical career in the 1980s and became one of the most popular Raï singers in the 1990s. His album "Te Quiero" was released in 2013 and was very well received by the public and critics.
