How do you ensure vinyl records aren't damaged during shipping?
We use heavy-duty, reinforced cardboard mailers specifically designed for media. All records are packed with bubble wrap and 'Fragile' handling stickers to prevent corner dings and seam splits.
What is your return policy for opened media?
We accept returns on defective or warped items within 14 days of delivery. However, we cannot accept returns on opened vinyl or CDs for subjective reasons like 'change of mind' due to the nature of the product.
Do you offer international shipping?
Yes, we ship our collection worldwide. Shipping costs and delivery times are calculated at checkout based on your location and the weight of the package.
How are the conditions of used records graded?
We follow the Goldmine Standard for grading. Every used record is visually inspected and play-tested when necessary to ensure the condition matches our listed grade (Mint to Poor).
Can I pre-order upcoming releases?
Absolutely. Pre-ordering ensures you secure a copy of limited edition pressings. Pre-orders are charged at the time of purchase and ship as soon as the stock arrives at our warehouse.
